Everything a serious cook needs

Seven purpose-built tools, each designed to the standard of a professional kitchen — not a hobbyist app.

Precision Unit Converter

Convert between volume, weight, temperature, and pan sizes using authoritative densities sourced from King Arthur Baking, USDA, and America's Test Kitchen. Over 200 ingredients with density ranges and source provenance.

Recipe Creator & Scaler

Build recipes from scratch and scale them to any serving size. Non-linear scaling automatically adjusts leavening agents, salt, and spices — not just a simple multiplication.

Intelligent Recipe Scaling

Scale any recipe from ¼× to 10× with professional heuristics. Leavening is reduced 10–20% at 3× scale and above, matching CIA and King Arthur standards. Warnings surface automatically.

Ingredient Substitutions

Find tested substitutions for hundreds of ingredients — dairy, fats, flours, sweeteners, eggs, and more — with ratio guidance and notes on how each substitute affects texture and flavor.

Multi-Timer with Alerts

Run multiple named timers simultaneously. Local notifications fire even when the app is in the background — no internet required, no account needed.

Pro Culinary Reference

Nine professional reference tools in one place: high-altitude baking, sugar stages, meat temperatures with carryover, convection conversion, pan size substitution, baker's percentages, and more.

Saved Recipes

Save, organise, and revisit your scaled recipes. All data is stored locally on your device using encrypted UserDefaults — never uploaded to a server.
