This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Kitchen Converter Pro application (“App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application EULA (“Apple SLA”). If there is any conflict between this Agreement and the Apple SLA, the Apple SLA controls.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and the Apple SLA, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the App.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as permitted by law.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
- Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with others’ use.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, remain with the Kitchen Converter Pro Team and its licensors. No rights are granted to you other than those expressly set forth in this Agreement.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE KITCHEN CONVERTER PRO TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
6. Support
Support for the App is provided via email at kitchenconverterpro@protonmail.com.
7. Termination
This Agreement remains effective until terminated. We may terminate it immediately if you fail to comply with any term herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
8. Third-Party Materials
The App may display or link to third-party content or services. We do not endorse and are not responsible for such third-party content or services.
9. Export and Sanctions Compliance
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
